Invoice Automated Workflow

The Arrow Invoice Automated workflow is $249 per month. The invoice(s) are scanned and extracted into individual invoices. Arrow will automatically enter the following into your accounting software: Vendor Name, Invoice Number, Sales Terms, and Total Amount. Arrow will also automatically enter line item detail including: GL Account for that item, Description, Unit of Measure, Unit Price, Extended Amount, and Qty. When the invoice arrives in your accounting software it appears as an Unpaid Bill. The Bill will have a link to the PDF of the original invoice for validation if necessary. We also provide an invoice subtotal vs. invoice amount in case the line items and applicable taxes or fuel charges do not match the total amount. Arrow will show the difference (if there is one) in the message field of the Bill. The payment portion of the process is 100% controlled by the customer. Arrow provides a smooth hand off that allows the bookkeeper/accountant to continue to use the payment options setup in your system. 

Document Management

Each scanner is programmed with 2 buttons. One for invoice(s) that will go through the Arrow Automated Invoice Workflow. The other button is for non invoices that will be available to you as a PDF(s) in your own Network Folder.  

Arrow Scanner

It is important that each customer uses an Arrow programmed scanner. The scanner is a network scanner. It connects to your internet either with a Network Cable or we can enter your WiFi Credentials. There is no software to download and it does not require a USB connection to your Desktop Computer or Laptop. The cost of the scanner is $750. Arrow provides 3 different options for you to purchase this scanner. Once the scanner is purchased it is the property of the customer. We sell the scanner to the customer at our cost and we do not charge a programming or setup fee. 

  1. You can pay for the scanner in full at the beginning of the onboarding process.
  2. We can add $50 per month for the cost of the scanner until it is paid in full. Example; your first 15 monthly payments will be $299 per month and then on the 16th month it will go back to the Arrow monthly cost of $249.
  3. Arrow is an approved referral partner with ARF Financial. If your credit score is 640 or above we can get you a loan or line of credit that will pay for the scanner, an annual payment for Arrow, and plenty of cash leftover that you can use for your business. 

Additional Workflows

Arrow has 2 more automated workflows scheduled for release in 2024. When they are available you will receive them at no extra charge. We will keep your monthly fee at $249 per month no matter how many workflows we release or how many invoices you process. Here are the 2 Automated Workflows that will be available to you in 2024.

  1. An automated recipe cost workflow that will add the cost of each menu item into your POS. This will allow you to see your true profit margin when running your POS sales reports.
  2. An automated real time inventory workflow. Arrow will use your invoice data and POS sales data to provide real time inventory reports that you can use for EOM inventories. Since the inventory is real time, you can use it as a buying plan too.
